Thurs Jan 30 Day 9 Ultimate Reset

Thurs Jan 30 Day 9 Ultimate Reset Day 2 Detox.Went to bed early again last night, but the Link only registered 6:36 hr sleep, not sure what happened as it looks like I got at least 8. One of the practices that I have been doing at night or when I wake up mid sleep is a meditation technique that my Yogi friend taught me. It's called 3 part breathing..
when laying down.. one hand on belly one on heart 1) inhale into belly 2) into heart 3) into throat area then exhale in reverse.. exhale throat, heart, belly, giving your mind the breath to focus on really helps and keeps focus inward teaches breath control and increases lung capacity.
After I complete this exercise I begin imagining the dive with the dolphins and our wonderful trip to Italy. These techniques are really helping me fall asleep vs letting my mind race about work, family etc. Thanks Bethie and thx Mom for the idea of visualization to help relax.. It's working I don't just lay there, turn on the TV or get up and do work if I can't sleep.
I decided not to weigh myself today as I want the detox and the BM's to start working :) I ran out of cigs, and I didn't want the gross gum, so I went to the store and got a pack of smokes, and an electric cig kit. Going to try that to help with the habit, as I don't really feel the nicotine as bad as the habit. It worked ok as I only take 1 puff and then I am done. Hope this helps me get off cigs forever.

Noticeable changes 
My knee and back are still sore.
BP is high
No bloating attack today, but still burping a great deal even when all I do is drink water.

Body - Still cold today, minor headache (from the plug ins), skin is still dry, redness on the face is the same, minor break out on my face, my stomach still hurting seems to be worse after Detox drink, more energy but tired by 9 pm, burping, finally my bowels are moving more like normal

Mind - clear,
