Tues Jan 28 Day 7 Ultimate Reset

Tues Jan 28 Day 7 Ultimate Reset. Last day of Phase 1.. on to vegan land :)! Woke up early again today 6:30 AM EDT. Had a dentist appointment this morning at 8 AM.. Seriously.. what is wrong with me making appointments that early in the AM. Fortunately I was done by 9 so my day was not too messed up. Getting up that early in the morning means I only got 5:18 hrs of sleep. Surprisingly, I have a lot of energy even Chet mentioned that he had more energy today. Hopped on the bathroom demon and was not happy.. was actually up a pound. Grrrr.. To make it worse Chet is down 9 lbs. Double grrr.. and I wanted to be down more weight for my physical and endocrine tomorrow. Not weighing again till Sat. need to let the Reset take it's course.
Was a pretty busy day at work, not much time to reflect or pay attention to the Reset. I did want the Zucchini and Cashew soup, so made a big batch, some for lunch, for tomorrow's lunch and a to freeze (want to see how well it does for Zucchini season as this one is a keeper). Added greens to dinner tonight to try and get my BM's moving. Right after eating the greens, I had a horrible bloating attack. I have a serving of each left so I will try and isolate which one caused the very uncomfortable bloat.

Annoyed with the Link that it will not track my floor stretches, which I have been doing daily to help loosen my leg and back. So to stay consistent with my tracking I will not count stretching and modified Pilate as exercise. Also I notice that I get really tired and ready for bed by 9 PM every night.. Hmmm.. this might just get me back on normal east coast people hours.

Side bar - Crap it is snowing.. looks like I won't get to my primary tomorrow, roads might be clear enough to hit my endocrine. Damn.. I want to see my pre-Reset blood work, and post Dec challenge

Body - Cold again today (we have the heat turned up at least 8 degrees more than normal), minor headache, skin is still dry, redness on the face is the same, minor break out on my face, my stomach was hurting all day again, more energy but still a bit sluggish, bloating and burping, no BM but not constipated

Mind - clear
